We strongly recommend measuring your space before placing an order.
For stairways, we advise a minimum clearance of 155cm to ensure our headboards can be carried through safely.

Do you offer mattresses?

Yes, we offer a carefully selected range of mattresses, including our 1500 Pocket, 2000 Pocket, and Orthopaedic options.
These can be added to any bed order.

Do I have to assemble the bed myself?

No — our expert delivery team will assemble your bed in your chosen room.
All you need to do is make sure the space is ready for them on the day.

How long will my order take?

Lead times vary depending on the model.
Each product page displays the current estimated lead time, but if you need more information, our Sales team will be happy to help.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes. Our showroom in Manchester displays many of our most popular designs.
It is open seven days a week and is located approximately 10 minutes from the city centre.
We always recommend calling ahead if you want to view a specific model.

How big is an Emperor bed?

Our Emperor beds measure 7ft x 7ft and take a mattress size of 215cm x 215cm.
The overall height varies depending on the headboard design and feet.
Every bed on our website includes a detailed dimensions section to help with planning.

What storage options are available?

Storage options such as 2-drawer, 4-drawer, and gas-lift ottoman storage are available on Double, King, and Super King sizes only.
These options are not available on Single or Emperor beds.
